All diagnostic services must be paid for at the time of booking or before sample collection.
We accept payments through cash, UPI, and other available digital payment methods.
We provide home sample collection services in selected areas including Bankra, Salop, Baltikuri, Dasnagar, Santragachhi, and Katlia.
A nominal charge of ₹50 may apply for home collection services.
All samples are handled with proper care and processed using standard diagnostic procedures.
Test results depend on the nature of the test and may take varying time for completion.
Reports are provided in printed format and may also be shared digitally via WhatsApp or other available methods.
Report delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of test.
Test cancellations and refunds are subject to the centre’s internal policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the stage of the test and management approval.
Patient records are maintained with strict confidentiality.
Reports and medical data are shared only with the patient or authorized individuals after proper verification.
All reports provided are for diagnostic purposes only.
Patients are advised to consult a qualified doctor for proper medical advice and treatment.
While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, Akashdeep Diagnostic Centre is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the use of diagnostic reports.
